I only want a venue rental but I want it on a weekend. Is this possible?

We absolutely recommend booking a package to secure a weekend date due to the high demand of inquiries we get on a daily basis. We meet you at a satisfactory price.

I am only booking a venue and decorations rental. Can I bring in my own food catering and DJ?

You are more than welcome to bring your other vendors and we do not have a limit on how much vendors you can partner with. We will only have you sign our facility rental rules to ensure the place is left the way it was entered. We do not allow any form of open flame inside the building.

I have already booked a venue but I want your catering and decorations. Can you deliver your services outside?

We certainly can take our services beyond the borders of our studios. Depending on the distance, we charge a small amount of fee for delivery, and execute the same way we do at our own quarters.

I am on a limited budget but still want to make my vision come to life. Would you be flexible to payment plans?

Online payment is now available for your convenience. You are welcome to enroll in our installment plans and split your payments either by 3 months or 6 months. We also accommodate cash payments.

How much should I expect for an all-inclusive package?

We customize your proposal depending on how simple or grand your vision is for your event and we encourage that you come in-person to seal the deal. We will meet you halfway that is best for your budget.

What is included in an all-inclusive package?

Our hassle free package includes the venue rental, decorations rental and set-up, food and beverage services, with the flexibility of customizing your food menu and drinks, chiavari and throne chair rental, LED center numbers. stage and photobooth backdrop, and in-house servers, bartender, and supervisor. Basically, all of what we offer.

I want to extend beyond the standard 6-hour party time. How much will it cost?

We charge an additional $300 per exceeding hour beyond 12 midnight, unless otherwise included in your contract.

What is the service facility fee and cleaning fee when I can clean up after myself?

The service fee is posted to maintain our facility's effectiveness and efficiency, the labor of our employees, and to sustain the splendor experience we provide. The cleaning fee is to manage the quality of the space according to the management's standards.
